[Unsafe lane change]

I gotta vent for a minute or twenty...

Remember Kieffer was in an accident a couple of weeks ago... Well we have been helping our insurance fight a claim against Kieffer... They say it was Kieffer's fault but it wasn't... we made a diagram and took photos of the scene...

This 'bus area' is where Mr. Kramer dove into in front of Kieffer from the number 2 lane... Mr. Kramer said "I thought it was the entry to Wal-Greens " Then he slams on his brakes because he has no where to go... If it had been an entry, it probably would have been a close call, not an accident"

Our insurance was saying there was no proof of fault in the accident report... so I wrote to my insurance lady and said...

The police officer stated [Primary collision factor/VC Section violated 21658 [a] ] in Mr Kramer's area in the collision information exchange... [Unsafe lane change] I assumed that showed Mr. Kramer is at fault for unsafe lane change?

Then she called us "I am so sorry I missed that! Thank you for showing that to me! We are denying the claim...if any attorney's contact you, let us know... we will handle it on your behalf"   we asked "Are they going to sue?"  "I dont know but all 3 people in the car are now claiming injury"

CLAIMING INJURYOoooo that pisses me off!!!  I can not stand people who milk the system... it causes everyone's insurance to go up!!!   If you are injured in an accident that is one thing... but THEY WERE NOT!!!
I was there....

I can't believe they don't realize it was THEIR stupid fault, NOT Kieffer's...

Do you guys understand what happened from the drawing and photo?  Is it clear to you all?  If not tell me okay?

I'll keep ya posted

Your drawing is VERY clear. Kieffer did nothing wrong. Now they are claiming to be injured ? Jesus! Keep on fighting it.

Lord you'll be tied up in this mess for two years or more. Insurance claims are awful. I understood from the drawing looked pretty clear to me. Now you know those people weren't injured. They're just looking for money. HOW can you think that is the turn into that place there's no street? Good luck and keep fighting it.
Take care, Chrissie

There are so many morons working these days.  They want you to do their work for them or they won't do what is right.  You might as well be on the insurance companies pay roll.  Have a good Sunday Chickie.
