Won round 1

The Judge asked if I had any intentions of returning Ben to Eric.  Gayle said, "No, not as long as Josh and Andy are there".  The Judge then said, "Since Ben is in the custody of his Mother, he is safe and I don't consider this an emergency.  Ben will remain with his mother and we will discuss this at the Aug. 17 hearing".  Eric is going to blow a gasket!!!  We won Round 1 :o)
