We are heading up to 29 Palms to get 'my' motorcycle back..
Notice I said 'my'... because it was my motorcycle they stole...
It is a TTR-L125
It had stickers on it that said "Have you hugged a motomom today?" and it had the most important sticker of all, to our family on it...
It was a huge Loretta Lynn's Pit Bike Sticker they put on it when we went to race Loretta's in Tennessee...
Just being able to qualify to race Loretta's is a HUGE accomplishment... plus Kameron brought home a 6th place trophy from there...
I just know that sticker will be gone on the front number plate... They must have taken that off... it would have made it too obvious it was our motorcycle to ride around town with it...
Anyway... so we have to drive to 29 Palms [an hour away] and pay $200 to get it out of impound... but I will save that receipt and when one of those guys gets charged and they send me a restitution letter from the court... I will get our money back...
I am trying to be in a place of gratefulness and not anger today...
Like I said... I am trying... being angry will only poison me... not them... so I am choosing grateful instead...
at least I got 'my' bike back yanno
I'll take pictures of the whole adventure doncha worry ;)
